We care about your family's privacy—and we keep things simple.

1. What We Collect

When you sign up for your subscription, we ask for:

• Your email for account management and billing
• Your child's name, age and country
• Payment information processed securely through our payment provider

2. What Happens In the App

We use Mixpanel & Google Analytics to understand how families use the content so we can make it better. We also use the Meta Pixel to know if our ads work.
We collect:

• Which lessons are completed
• Time spent in the app
• Button clicks and actions

We don’t collect:

• Voice recordings
• Video or camera data
• Personal chats or free-form responses

3. How We Use the Data

We use data to:

• Improve lesson flow and engagement
• Fix bugs or confusion points
• Know which features kids love most

We may also send you emails about new lessons, billing notifications, or product updates. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails anytime (billing notifications are required for subscription management).

4. Who Has Access

• We never sell your data.
• We don’t share it with third parties (except essential tools like Mixpanel for analytics and our email system to contact you).

5. Your Rights

You can:

• Request to delete your data (note: active subscriptions will be cancelled)
• Ask what data we've stored
• Cancel your subscription anytime
• Download your child's progress data
