Thanks for helping us shape Captain Spark! By signing up for the beta, you agree to the following:

1. What You’re Getting

• Lesson 1 is free for everyone — no payment required.
• After Lesson 1, you can choose to unlock the full course (5 lessons total) by making a one-time payment.
• The course is designed for kids aged 6–13, with short, interactive missions that teach life skills through storytelling.

2. Who Can Use This

• You must be 18 or older to make a purchase.
• Your child should be between 6–13 years old and use the app under your supervision.
• You agree to use Captain Spark for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

3. Payments & Access

• The full course unlock requires a one-time payment via our secure checkout provider (Gumroad).
• Once you purchase, you’ll get access to the remaining 4 lessons immediately.
• We do not offer refunds unless there is a technical issue we are unable to resolve—just reach out and we’ll help.

4. Ownership

All app content — stories, characters, visuals, and lessons — belongs to Captain Spark.
You agree not to copy, distribute, or reuse any part of it outside the app.

5. Data & Privacy

We only collect basic usage analytics (see our Privacy Policy).
We do not collect or store your child's voice, or personal identifiers.

6. Feedback

We love hearing from you!
By sending us feedback or suggestions, you agree we can use it to improve Captain Spark — without any obligation to you.

7. Things May Change

We’re still early in building Captain Spark.
That means:

• Features may evolve
• We may update pricing or content over time
• We reserve the right to update these terms as the product grows
