Thanks for choosing Captain Spark! By subscribing to our service, you agree to the following:

1. What You're Getting

  • 7-day free trial to explore all available lessons with no payment required.
  • After the trial, access to our growing library of financial literacy lessons with new missions added monthly.
  • The content is designed for kids aged 6–12, with short, interactive missions that teach money skills through storytelling.

2. Who Can Use This

  • You must be 18 or older to make a purchase.
  • Your child should be between 6–12 years old and use the app under your supervision.
  • You agree to use Captain Spark for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

3. Subscription & Billing

  • After your 7-day free trial, you'll be charged monthly ($29/month) or annually ($119/year) depending on your chosen plan.
  • Payments are processed securely through our payment provider (LemonSqueezy).
  • You can cancel anytime with no penalty. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.
  • We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee if you're not satisfied with the service.
  • Failed payments may result in temporary service suspension until resolved.

4. Ownership

All app content — stories, characters, visuals, and lessons — belongs to Captain Spark.
You agree not to copy, distribute, or reuse any part of it outside the app.

5. Data & Privacy

We only collect basic usage analytics (see our Privacy Policy).
We do not collect or store your child's voice, or personal identifiers.

6. Feedback

We love hearing from you!
By sending us feedback or suggestions, you agree we can use it to improve Captain Spark — without any obligation to you.

7. Service Changes

As we continue growing Captain Spark:

  • New lessons and features are added regularly
  • We may update subscription pricing for new subscribers (existing subscribers keep their current rate)
  • We reserve the right to update these terms with 30 days notice
  • Major changes will be communicated via email
